my guarantee

I love what I do and take the highest pride in the work that I complete.  Most of my work comes with a one year guarantee from the date of completion.  This guarantee is on the labor portion only of the work.  There are certain repairs or installations that will not carry the one year guarantee; this will be explained to the client before acceptance of the job. 

The quality and safety of my work is something I take very seriously.  I hold the right to refuse any work that I deem unsafe or if not completed correctly may cause injury to my clients.   

Terms of the GUARANTEE

1. The guarantee applies only to the original owner of the home, property, or business where the work was performed.
2. The guarantee will not apply to any of my work that has been subject to misuse, accidental damage, or abuse.
3. My work may not be changed, altered, repaired, or fixed by any other individual. 
4. I do not cover any warranty of time for the manufacturer of the parts or items installed.  If any failure results with those, that must be taken up with the manufacturer only. 
5. I need to be notified within 15 business days of any repairs or concerns, this needs to be done in writing to Jeremy@Jflyconstruction.com
